A few days ago, I stumbled upon a trend called baby podcasts, where creators were sharing adorable, toddler-style versions of themselves through fun reels and content. I saw it. I loved it. And I knew I had to try it myself. So, I made my friend’s baby podcast, and guess what? It took less than 5 minutes! In this blog, I’ll show you how you can create your own baby podcast using ChatGPT and Hedra AI totally free and super easy.

About the Project
Goal: The goal is to create a short video featuring a baby version of yourself delivering a message or monologue. You’ll need a script, a photo of yourself, and a few AI tools to bring it all together.
Pre Requistes:
- A script: Write a short, podcast-style script that’s conversational and light. It should be around 30 to 60 seconds long. You can talk about anything: something motivational, funny, or even trending.
- A clear photo of yourself: Choose a well-lit photo that clearly shows your face. This will be used to generate the baby version.
- Hedra AI: Use this tool to generate the podcast.
- ChatGPT: For creating a baby version image and also helping with the script.
Step 1: Make your Baby Version Image
For this step, you need to select any image of yours that is bright and high quality. Put it on chatGPT and give it the following prompt:
“Realistic digital art of a cute baby version of the attached image. The baby is around X months/years. The baby is seated at a dark wooden table. They are wearing large black studio headphones that fully cover their ears. A sleek black podcast microphone on a boom arm is in front of them, with the baby’s hands resting on the table. Step 2: Work on your Script
If you are planning to post this video on your social media channels or someplace else, then you need a script for the same. Create a short script with the help of chatGPT for the video.

Step 3: Record your Script
You need to upload the audio file on Hedra AI for baby video creation. So once your script is ready record the same. Make sure you are recording the audio is an isolated place to avoid background noise.

Step 4: Upload Everything on Hedra AI
In this step you need to go to Hedra AI and put all the things you collected in the tool. Here’s an overview of what goes where:
Once eveything is added. Add prompt on how you would want the video to look. For this case, we are going to ask the tool to create a baby podcast using the given audio and photo.
Please note that the free version of Hedra allows you to create videos that are only 20 seconds long. If you want to make videos that are longer than 20 seconds then break your script into 2 parts and generate 2 different videos and then merge them using editing tools.
Step 5: Final Output
As I mentioned above, I created 2 seperate videos and then merged them together. Here’s the final output:

Conclusion
Creating these baby podcast videos was an absolute blast. I highly recommend trying this trend yourself, it’s simple, fun, and a great way to explore what today’s GenAI tools can do. The ease and speed with which these tools work is honestly mind-blowing. Just imagine how much time and effort it would take to pull this off manually.
